However, sometimes latching, and figuring things out can be challenging for a first time mom, or even a multiparous mom. Latching is a great way to build up that supply as baby demands, through responsive feedback in the latch. Latching can be the most convenient and inexpensive way to feed, by excluding a need for bottles & storage. But if you choose to pump as the preferred method, or have plans for time away, or a return to work, pumping may be important to you. A Pumping focus can help guide on how to use a pump, how to get a good flange fit, how to create a pump schedule, while providing a proper milk storage.

Obtaining the education prior to delivery, is an effective tool for your best breastfeeding outcomes. This class may change your outlook on breastfeeding, and help create different goals.
